Finished third lady in Production. The boy @mason_lane_shooting got 3rd overall in production. Excited to get back to carry optics for the rest of the season!! Thankful for my sponsors:
Keeping it classy with an old P226 folded slide with some new trijicon sights! The gun arrived in a less than ideal condition, we were able to breathe new life into this old one. Ready for its next 10 years of service.

Today, the Department of Justice officially released a notice of proposed rulemaking announcing a new ATF rule which would, among other attacks on firearm owners, builders, and dealers, redefine the terms “receiver” and “frame.” FPC previously issued a statement regarding a leaked, draft version of the new rule in mid-April. The full text of the new rule can be found here.
According to the Department of Justice, the new rule was constructed to close a so-called “regulatory loophole associated with . . . un-serialized privately made firearms.” After an initial review of the finalized notice of proposed rulemaking, FPC Law noted that Proposed Rule 2021R-05 will severely infringe upon the right of law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms, as well as give the ATF new powers beyond the law enacted by Congress, particularly with respect to self-built firearms.
The FPC Law team is currently conducting an in-depth analysis of the final proposed Rule for both regulatory and pre-litigation purposes. FPC strongly condemns the ATF’s proposed new rule, and is committed to mounting an aggressive legal, regulatory, and grassroots response. As was the case when the Trump Administration’s Department of Justice entered into rulemaking to declare that bump-stocks were machine guns, FPC will use every available resource to defend the People’s human right to keep and bear arms. We stand ready to defend the People and human liberty in the rulemaking process and beyond.
Further information and analysis will be made available at FPCLaw.org....
Next, I made the beaver tail shorter and removed the part that angles down. The web of my hand would get caught which throws off my grip when I draw from the holster. This has helped with the consistency of my draw. #grayguns #sigsauer #p320 #graygunsinc #teamgrayguns...

I finally switch grip modules on my P320. I’ve been shooting the original full size grip module for 4 years. After shooting a little bit with the x-series tungsten module I just couldn’t get used to it. So I started playing around to make it similar to the original one. It’s not done or pretty yet but I’m starting to like the feel of it. More pics to come. #grayguns #p320 #sigsauer #teamgrayguns...

May the fourth be with you 🤙😜
The demand was so great after we did the ones for the P365 that we had to come out with one for the P320.
These will be available for both X-Carry and X-Compact and we may even make some for the P365's!!!!
Today we are pushing comfort limits! Sight installs can be a stressful job in the shop, not wanting to screw up the slides finish or ding the sights up. @darb_grayguns has been helping out more and more in Gunsmithing, today he has been tasked with sight installs on some P365’s. So far so good!

1. Don’t put yourself in a position where you have to fan your ego to get comfortable for a match.
2. Calibrate expectations appropriately. You have to know your demeanor and train accordingly. For me personally, wrecking my “confidence” on insane difficulty challenges like this doesn’t adversely affect my match outlook.
3. Out of probably 10, this is the only run I completed mostly successfully on this drill (2A on both paper with a pickup on the partial, no steel pickups, comparable time.)
We had a great time yesterday shooting with @brucegrayggi and @jordon_grayguns. It’s always great to see those guys and talk shop about upcoming @grayguns projects....

This is not a black and white photo but it looks like one. Riding dirty with my @grayguns modified @sigsauerinc P320 with @efk_firedragon barrel and @sigsauersuppressors SRD45. Just a late night post about a recap and cap from today. No other context needed.
