Our new trigger is designed for use with the new factory trigger bar spring and pin, while providing the same or better result. (Note the competition kit does include additional parts.)

If you'd like to exchange your Grayguns trigger for the new design, we will need the trigger sent back to us for exchange. So yes, please remove the trigger as SIG will most likely not return it to you.

No. Ensure you send all parts except for the Grayguns trigger as you'll be sending it back to us. You can put the fire control unit parts including the trigger bar into a plastic bag to keep it all together.

For those who just purchase or exchange the trigger, this video we created last year covers the installation. The portion of the video covering pin replacement can be skipped. During installation, you'll use the original trigger bar spring that comes with your upgraded pistol.

We do suggest the kit be installed by a qualified SIG P320 armorer, gunsmith, or someone familiar with the P320's fire control unit. At this time, we are considering creating a video on installing the competition kit.

No. All future products and services will be done on new P320s or P320s that have gone through the Voluntary Upgrade process.

No. All work must be done through SIG Sauer's P320 Voluntary Upgrade Program.

Our program is an exchange program. Our communications have been consistent, letting owners know they must retain their Grayguns trigger. Our triggers were sold through various distribution channels, not only through our website. Triggers, complete guns or components may have been sold or past on to other owners. Therefore we do not have a list of current owners. We're happy to provide an exchange to anyone within the USA who completes an online return form and sends us the trigger(s).
