In addition, this hybrid design reduces trigger weight compared to the factory curved or straight design while preserving all mechanical safety values.

Titanium Nitride (TiN)
A well-proven standard layer type through its balanced properties. The golden titanium nitride layer, abbreviated TiN, indicates the following properties:
- High hardness and adhesion
- Good chemical resistance
- Good temperature resistance in air
- Relatively low thermal conductivity
- Attractive, golden color
Titanium Carbo-Nitride (TiCN) (Copper)
The TiCN Copper finish features high hardness, low residual stress, good abrasive wear resistance, and high reliability in dry operations.
Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)
This state-of-the-art process creates a molecular bond to the trigger, resulting in a durable finish. As a result, the PVD finish should not rust, discolor or tarnish.
Nickel PTFE
Electroless Nickel PTFE (Teflon®) is an advanced, self-lubricating composite coating with PTFE particles co-deposited in the electroless nickel layer. Provides a hard, uniform, self-lubricating coating for our premium aftermarket triggers.

I shoot a P320 X-Five Legion in Steel Challenge competitions. During a match my trigger finger would get pinched with the gun’s original straight-flat trigger. I thought this was happening because my finger was sliding down to the bottom of the trigger. So, I decided to try a covered trigger that still had the flat front that I like figuring that the curve would keep my finger higher on the trigger. The Hybrid trigger feels great, in two matches I have had no pinch and I have dropped my overall time by 32 sec. It feels so good I have also installed this trigger on my P320 X-Carry and have installed the P365 version on my TACOPS which was also occasionally pinching my finger. Thanks, Gray Guns for a great trigger design.

Ok, this is more of a bitch to install than most other aftermarket 320 triggers, that sucks. It gets a pass because it is a better design with tighter tolerances, hence the cursing during the install. Once it’s in, wow! Way better than i expected. I really just wanted a curved trigger. I’ve tried a couple others that were a little cheaper. They were easier to put in, but the results were half assed. If you want a curved trigger with a clean pull this is it. I’m ordering a second. If i ever ger another 320 I’ll get a third.

Having both the sig 320-x5 with curved trigger and the sig 320 XFIVE legion with flat trigger my perception under competitive stress and 1000’s of hours on each gun.
I prefer the curved trigger.
My finger sensory feedback on the curved trigger is exceptional and the results are positive and repeatable.
For example
Better perceived surface contact and feel.
Trigger take up, trigger break and reset are smoother and better predictable.
Shorter trigger-to grip length.
Overall-
The curved GRAYGUNS trigger has improved my scores, and confidence.
