Finishes

Black Oxide

  • Standard blued finish

Titanium Nitride (TiN)

A well-proven standard layer type through its balanced properties. The golden titanium nitride layer, abbreviated TiN, indicates the following properties:

  • High hardness and adhesion
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Good temperature resistance in air
  • Relatively low thermal conductivity
  • Attractive, golden color

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)

This state-of-the-art process creates a molecular bond to the trigger, resulting in a very durable finish. The PVD finish should not corrode, discolor or tarnish.

Nickel PTFE
Electroless Nickel PTFE (Teflon®) is an advanced, self-lubricating, composite coating that has PTFE particles co-deposited in the electroless nickel layer. Provides for a hard, uniform, self-lubricating coating for our premium aftermarket triggers.

Fit Guide

Fits all variations within the P320 (upgraded) system. Including all sizes, TACOPS Carry, X-VTAC, X-Carry, X-Five, Legion and RX versions.

Disclaimer

These parts are intended for installation by a qualified armourer or gunsmith. In some cases professional fitting will be required by a trained, qualified armorer/gunsmith who is very familiar with the pistol’s action. This is due to the varying tolerances present in all mass-produced firearms. Although kits fit with no issues in a great majority of pistols, Grayguns is unable to guarantee perfect functionality in every instance. Grayguns does offer installation services for all parts kits we offer. Note – The safety lever spring is no longer needed in the P320, and is not included in the kit.

    Fantastic Trigger Kit

This trigger kit is awesome. Dropped it into an X5 Legion. Performs much better than stock. The TiN trigger finish is smooth and uniform. Takes some moderate skill to install. If you have a set of punches, a block and lubricants. It’s not bad at all. Tightened my grouping up immediately. Much shorter reset for follow up shots. Breaks very smoothly and predictably. I don’t have a gauge to measure trigger pull but it is lighter than stock. Overall I highly recommend this kit. You won’t regret it after squeezing the trigger the first time.

    Amazing trigger

    fkt3413 (verified owner)

This is by far the best trigger I’ve used on a P320. Upgraded my P320 X5 Legion factory trigger to this. Probably wouldn’t recommend this for a duty/home defense setup because of how much it reduces the break. Installation was moderately hard. Plenty of videos to help with the install. This should be the first upgrade for your competition/Gucci P320.

    Great but could be better.

    Cort Steinhorst (verified owner)

This kit would be perfect if one could buy it with or without the trigger or if the trigger had adjustment screws for take-up and overtravel. The trigger pull is outstanding for a striker fired pistol after completing the installation of the springs and sear.

    Great trigger!

    Zachary Byler (verified owner)

I recently got into competitive steel shooting and had a few people recommend this setup to me. After being underwhelmed by a few other adjustable trigger kits, I decided to give this a shot on my X5 legion. I found that the competition sear springs and the intermediate reset spring gave me the best feel and I couldn’t be happier with how it performs. In fact, I just made “Sharp Shooter” in my first ever IDPA classifier (Carry Optics) this weekend! Looking forward to continuing to use this as I improve.

    Grayguns adjustable P320 trigger

    tyson.adams (verified owner)

i put the grey guns adjustable trigger in my Max Michel P320 from the custom works shop, and i didn’t think id get much more out of the trigger then what was already there but i was wrong, the trigger is lighter and crisper and takes away a lot of the creep, and easy to install, very happy with the GG trigger system and have been recommending it to all the shooters i know for a great competition trigger!!!

I recently received my first of 2 competition trigger kits for my X Five. I am NOT a gunsmith. I am however a 72 year old addict/alcoholic in recovery for 22 years so I have some noticeable tremors. This kit was not difficult to install. In fact the most challenging part of the assembly process is getting the trigger/trigger bar assembly back in the gun. Patience is the key..

Best P320 trigger on the market

    colby_register (verified owner)

This is by far the best trigger on the market for your P320. I’ve used the Apex trigger in several other sigs, and it doesn’t even compare. Yes, the difficulty of installation on this kit might not be for beginners, but I consider myself no more than a hobby-level gunsmith and I would rate this maybe a 3 on the difficulty scale (1 being easy, 5 being hard). There are plenty of good videos on youtube that walk you through it step by step, so don’t give something a bad review because you don’t possess the skills to install it…that’s what professional gunsmiths are full. This kit reduced my pull weight by a hair over 3lbs, but the real win is in the feel of the trigger. No more sloppy, spongy feeling. The trigger is crisp, breaks super consistently, and just gives you a lot more confidence in the firearm.

    Avoid

    Gabriel Shaw (verified owner)

For $150, I thought I was getting something that I could instal with moderate gunsmithing knowledge. Nope. This is the single hardest project I’ve ever worked on in 33 years of gunsmithing. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid and go Apex.

Also, pretty shifty that you guys have to approve reviews… pretty sure that violates US consumer laws…

Removing and replacing our competition sear and springs can be a challenge for some, but we’ve had thousands of customers – most not gunsmiths – successfully install the kit. We do suggest those installing the competition trigger kit be familiar with the inner workings of the P320’s fire control unit. There are a couple of excellent disassembly and assembly videos available. If you are willing to contact our customer support team – or have already done so – I would expect we would be able to provide some tips on installation. (We review all of the comments and posts on the site for language a couple of times per week and publish them.)

    Fantastic trigger

    Jeremy Bonam (verified owner)

Very happy with this trigger system in my m17. It started off having a 6.5lb pull, and this trigger brought it down to under 3lbs. Installing it was pretty easy and straightforward. This also works with manual safety models as well as ones without the safety. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a competition trigger in their p320.

    Day & Night

    mckersin (verified owner)

I know sometimes people exaggerate when they say day and night but not in this case! My P320 fired so smooth that a friend of mine who never shot before was hitting bulleyes. I had him shoot a stock M&P with a massachusetts 10 pound compliant trigger that belonged to the range then! I had him shoot my 320 and he was losing his mind. He fell in love with the gun. I fell more in love with the gun! The gun is even smoother now. The finish on the trigger also feels very nice on your trigger finger. Overall good experience and came in two days after hitting process payment.

Very nice trigger, easy adjustment. The trigger installation was a bit difficult, but the gunsmithing department was able to walk me through it and provided excellent service.
