Description
The SIG P226 in 9mm is an absolute classic. Favored by law enforcement and the military special operations community for decades, Grayguns brings this P226 Elite version to the next level by adding our premium aftermarket components installed, fitted, and tested in-house by our qualified staff and gunsmiths.
Grayguns SIG P226 Elite DLC Components
This custom P226 is built from stock P226 Elite and includes the SIG Romeo-X, enhanced slide and top strap serrations and Grayguns upgrades. The slide includes the Grayguns mark.

The backbone of our P226 build is our ELS with dual adjustable trigger. The triggers are adjustable for pre-travel and over-travel and are set in a favorable position for the individual pistol by our team. The ELS is designed to reduce and smooth out the pull weight of the P226.
Our SRT kit reduces trigger reset travel by about 70 percent. Our strut system fully supports the main spring, reducing friction, spring bowing, and fatigue. This reduces the “crunch” you may feel with the DA pull.
Our custom-designed rowel hammer – released in the fall of 2023 – features advanced geometry for the smoothest double-action pull. The single-action break is crisp and clean.
No custom P226 build is complete without a set of Hogue grips. The grips were commissioned by Grayguns to have a toned-down “Piranha” texture comfortable for longer shooting sessions. We also include our fat guide rod and hard-duty use base pads that will last a lifetime of being dropped on concrete.
SIG Romeo-X Red Dot
Grayguns has custom-installed the Romeo-X Pro to our specially designed P226 slide. The Romeo-X sits low, allowing you to co-witness standard-height sights with your optic. The CNC-machined aluminum housing features motion-activated illumination, a side-load battery compartment and about 20,000 hours of battery life. Read more about the Romeo-X right here.
P226 Elite Frame
Our Grayguns P226 Elite starts life as an OEM P226 Elite Full-Size in 9mm. The frame material is a hard-coated anodized aluminum alloy with a SIG Rail. The slide is stainless steel and configured with a DeltaPoint Pro footprint. The frames do not include the DAK cut-out.
