Designed for hard duty use. Our custom Grayguns SIG Sauer P226 magazine base pads are manufactured from 6061 Aluminum. Professionally finished with MIL-A-8625 Type III anodized coating. Pads go through a glass-beading process to provide a flat-black finish.

The base pad is the same thickness and is designed to be used with either the OEM SIG or aftermarket Mec-Gar magazines. Like our other hard duty use base pads these are streamlined in multiple areas.

A relief cut on the sides enhances malfunction drills, and allows for effective one-handed reloads using the belt or holster.

Each pad features a 3-by-5 matrix. Number your mags using a Sharpie or paint pen. Additional space is available to write your initials.

WOW! What an upgrade. Mine were installed on a Legion P226 exactly as shown in your web page photo. These base pads are light years ahead of the older metal base pads on the Sig magazines that came with my Legion.
