The Grayguns straight trigger for the SIG Sauer® P365 is a drop-in, bar-stock, enhanced trigger for your P365. This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a flat trigger. Our P365 Adjustable Straight Trigger optimizes the length of pull and decreases excess over-travel. In addition, the design keeps the toe of the trigger in the exact location of the stock, curved trigger.
Remove excess overtravel with the adjustable screw. It breaks at 90 degrees, giving the operator a clean index while providing a wider area of finger placement.
Description
The P365 Adjustable Straight Trigger optimizes the length of pull and reduces over-travel. In addition, the design ensures the toe of the trigger is no more forward than the original starting position.
This high-quality aftermarket P365 flat (straight) trigger now breaks at 90 degrees giving the operator a clean index while providing a wider area of finger placement.
The Grayguns signature adjustment feature has been added to this new design, allowing all over-travel to be taken out of the firearm while shortening your reset. Use the provided hex key to set your desired distance.
The trigger is backed by the Grayguns lifetime warranty and made from solid bar-stock steel in the USA. The Grayguns P365 Adjustable Straight Trigger sets the standard by which all others are judged.

Black Oxide
Our high-quality blued finish is our standard for this product.
Nickel PTFE
Electroless Nickel PTFE (Teflon®) is an advanced, self-lubricating, composite coating with PTFE particles co-deposited in the electroless nickel layer. Provides a hard, uniform, self-lubricating coating for our premium aftermarket triggers.
Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)
This state-of-the-art process creates a molecular bond to the trigger, resulting in a durable finish. The PVD finish should not rust, discolor or tarnish. Availability varies, but options include Gray, Blue and Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes.
Titanium Nitride (TiN)
A well-proven standard layer type through its balanced properties. The golden titanium nitride layer, abbreviated TiN, indicates the following properties:
- High hardness and adhesion
- Good chemical resistance
- Good temperature resistance in air
- Relatively low thermal conductivity
- Attractive, golden color
Titanium Carbo-Nitride (TiCN) (Copper)
The TiCN Copper finish features high hardness, low residual stress, good abrasive wear resistance, and high reliability in dry operations.

With the magazine disconnect installed, our P365 triggers do not fit California-compliant P365 fire control units.
Important Notes
With our P365 trigger installed, some third-party laser or light attachments may interfere with trigger movement. In addition, units that mount to the P365’s rail and extend higher than the inside edge of the trigger guard may not work. We will update this list as information becomes available.

I installed this in my new P365 to improve the trigger break and reduce overtravel and it works great! Put all 12 rounds in about a 1.5” diameter circle at 20 feet. Easy to install by watching the “sig guy” install video on YouTube. Took about 5 minutes or so.

I understand now why Wilson Combat chose this trigger. I initially went from OEM curved trigger to Sig Flat trigger, thought that was good. Then went to another competitor’s trigger, which looked great, but different feel, with longer travel which went beyond 90° . Decided with this and I must say NO regrets! As others have stated, less overtravel less take-up, just great overall feel. I did take some measurements to verify what I was experiencing. OEM Flat vs Gray Guns P365 Adjustable: Overall length of trigger pull front to rear: 15mm (.585″) vs 11mm (.425″)—Initial take-up on trigger: 8mm (.310″) vs 6mm (.230″)—Trigger creep and Reset measure the same: 6.5mm (.250″) vs 4mm (.155″). I’m not an engineer, but the measurements are obvious! And yes it does feel smoother! Significant and great improvement. Thanks Bruce!

Excellent trigger, I did get one part in wrong, after turning it over everything went well and got put back together. USPS lost my order for a couple days but, I did eventually receive it. Gray guns has a fantastic product and the video helped a amateur gunsmith like me. Like I said, I got one part in upside down, turned it over and everything is functioning flawlessly.

I’m a fan of flat triggers and upgrade most of my firearms . The gray guns adjustable flat trigger is a definite improvement on the factory P365 curved trigger . Less takeup, less overtravel and great feel in the hand , two thumbs up. Highly recommended.

The Straight Graybeard trigger is a nice upgrade from the Sig factory straight trigger. The factory straight trigger has a crown, like a road, across the face of the trigger The Graybeard is flat across the trigger. This gives me a touch feedback so I know when I have my finger square on the trigger. It has a feel similar to a Trigertech pro/straight trigger face Note: the pull between Graybeard an Triggrttech are obviously different, but the face feels similar,
Nice to be able adjust over travel, which was big improvement over factory curved, but not as much for my factory straight trigger.

The installation was straight forward. It was my first time doing anything like this and it went quite well. Learned a lot in the process which is great. After installation I cycled several snap caps and adjusted the trigger until I was satisfied. Took my X-Macro to the range the next day and fed over 100 rounds through it without issue. I must say the difference is night and day. I had 1500 rounds prior experience with the stock trigger. I don’t dislike the stock SIG trigger but wanted to find out why so many enthusiasts loved Gray. Including my pistol instructor who also happens to be a gunsmith and 10 year Marine veteran. There is absolutely no question the Gray Guns upgrade vastly improves the P365 user experience.

The installation of this trigger took me less than 20 minutes, and it was my first time removing the fire control unit from the pistol. The new flat trigger feels great on the finger, and the trigger movement until the break is decreased approximately by half. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result! Highly recommended!

Purchased a flat trigger and an adjustable hybrid trigger for two of our P365s (both in nickel). Both triggers are a great improvement to the already pretty good Sig original triggers. Saw the greatest improvement when replacing the flat original trigger provided in a Sig Custom Works FCU with the Grayguns Flat trigger. I am not normally a big fan of flat triggers, but I think this improvement may change my mind about flat triggers. Thanks for great products that pretty much “dropped right in” without a lot of fussing.

Have upgraded both of my SIG P365’s with this trigger. The Installation took a bit of time, tiny parts and older eyes, but they went in flawlessly, I love the difference in the Over travel. ! Fantastic workmanship & its a very simple adjustment to eliminate/reduce the over travel. Just a ¼ turn or less of the Allen set Screw and it’s perfect.. I got them both Installed in about 1 hour total time. I also installed P365 factory manual safety’s, so that took a bit of time as well.. I do wish this had an Adjustable pre travel Adjustment to it. ( Hint, Nudge, Wink! ). then it really would be total Awesomeness!! Tnx @ GRAYGUNS

Have upgraded many P-series Sigs with GGI parts over the years, and this trigger along with the extended mag release are my first for the 365. No surprise it went in flawlessness, and what a difference! Great workmanship that only took me about 30 mins to install. Admittedly, flat triggers may not be for everyone, but if you like them, this one is worth it. I’ll definable put these in any new 365 i get.
