The custom-designed, laser-sculpted SIG Sauer P365 X-Macro modules start as a standard SIG grip module. Modules will occasionally be available in Cerakote™.
Some models may be available with the manual safety cut. Ensure you select your module carefully.

Description
Our laser-sculpted grip modules use an etched “Grayscale” pattern that is 50 percent deeper than standard but retains enough smoothness in areas to allow the weapon to move against clothing.
The process and coverage of the Grayguns laser-sculpted module increase the stippled grip area by 40 percent, adding more in front of and behind the original factory grip area.
These individually crafted modules are laser grayscaled in a process that interacts with the natural variations in the polymer; the result is a laser stippling that becomes unique to that particular module.
Ensure proper disassembly and assembly when removing/installing the fire control unit from the module. If you have questions, contact Grayguns or someone familiar with the P365 system.
Cerakote is applied by hand, and the finish may wear with holster use. If you receive a grip module with defects or blemishes, let us know before installing it. Because of the custom nature of this product, once it’s used, you may not be eligible for a return.
Colors
- Black modules are the standard black factory (OEM) color
- Other colors that may be available are an applied Cerakote finish atop the standard black factory (OEM) color.

Interchangeability
The 9mm P365 lineup from SIG Sauer all have the same fire control unit. You may mix and match components (slides, barrels, and magazines). But note you may have difficulty finding a proper holster for your creation. As expected, shorter 10-round magazines from the P365 will not work with the P365XL or P365 X-Macro. This is due to the length of the grip.
We are not offering a manual safety cut for the X-Macro module. We do offer our laser sculpted modules with an OEM safety cut in Black, and other colors may be released in the future.

Great product paired it with Radian ramjet afterburner, backstrap and magwell
Buy it. I got this to use for a P365 X with Radian Ramjet and Afterburner. It’s great. It’s probably my new favorite carry gun. The grip texture is perfect for an IWB daily carry – grippy enough without being sandpaper against the body. I love that it’s a factory Sig frame because all the factory and aftermarket parts fit like they’re designed to. And not that it matters, but it looks sweet too.
I swapped grip modules to the coyote color x macro frame and the grip texture is fantastic! A lot better than what comes from the factory. Will highly recommend and look forward to purchasing again in the future.
Better feeling than expected. Very grippy but doesn’t destroy the hands. Stippling is crisp, sexy, and detailed.. black looks way better in person than pictured.
I just swapped out my stock grip module for the laser sculpted one from Gray Guns on my P365X-Macro, and wow – what a difference! The texture is perfect – not too aggressive but gives a much better grip than the factory version. It feels super solid in hand, and the overall design just looks great. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade if you want better control and a more premium feel. Highly recommend!
