Are you looking to upgrade your SIG Sauer® P365 X-Macro while providing a firm grip for carry? This is an affordable way to get a unique, customized module.
The custom-designed, laser-sculpted SIG Sauer P365 X-Macro modules start as a standard SIG grip module. Modules will occasionally be available in Cerakote™.
Description
Our laser-sculpted grip modules use an etched “Grayscale” pattern that is 50 percent deeper than standard but retains enough smoothness in areas to allow the weapon to move against clothing.
The process and coverage of the Grayguns laser-sculpted module increase the stippled grip area by 40 percent, adding more in front of and behind the original factory grip area.
These individually crafted modules are laser grayscaled in a process that interacts with the natural variations in the polymer; the result is a laser stippling that becomes unique to that particular module.
Ensure proper disassembly and assembly when removing/installing the fire control unit from the module. If you have questions, contact Grayguns or someone familiar with the P365 system.
Cerakote is applied by hand, and the finish may wear with holster use. If you receive a grip module with defects or blemishes, let us know before installing it. Because of the custom nature of this product, once it’s used, you may not be eligible for a return.
Colors
- Black modules are the standard black factory (OEM) color
- Other colors that may be available are an applied Cerakote finish atop the standard black factory (OEM) color.

Interchangeability
The 9mm P365 lineup from SIG Sauer all have the same fire control unit. You may mix and match components (slides, barrels, and magazines). But note you may have difficulty finding a proper holster for your creation. As expected, shorter 10-round magazines from the P365 will not work with the P365XL or P365 X-Macro. This is due to the length of the grip.
We are not offering a manual safety cut for the X-Macro module. The module’s thickness, where a manual safety could go, differs from a P365 or P365XL. A manual safety lever (SIG SKU 8901427) for the P365 and P365XL is incompatible with an X-Macro grip module.

I would just like to say that GrayGuns did an excellent job with this module. The laser stippling absolutely locks your hand in when gripping much more than the factory module. The stippling on the index points is a major plus. I am a big fan of the module being comparable with aftermarket Sig parts( installed the extended slide release and mag well). Quick shipping, excellent quality. Cerakote job is awesome(ordered the OD Green). Would definitely order more products. Keep up the great work!

Ordered the OD Green color. Came in much faster than I was expecting. Amazing quality! Very happy with mine and the way it looks once I got it all put together. Running the X-macro grip with the XL slide.
