Description
Our P365 Manual Safety Kit features a laser-sculpted grip module with an etched “Grayscale” pattern. The pattern is 50 percent deeper than standard. The module retains enough smoothness in areas to allow the weapon to move against clothing. The custom-designed, laser-sculpted grip module starts as a standard SIG grip module. We laser texture the module for extra grip and pre-cut them for a manual safety.
The process and coverage of the Grayguns laser-sculpted module increases the stippled grip area by 40 percent. This adds more in front of and behind the original factory grip area.

These individually crafted modules are laser grayscaled in a process that interacts with the natural variations in the polymer. The result is a laser stippling that becomes unique to the particular module.
Cerakote™ modules are processed by hand and may wear with holster use. If you receive a grip module with defects or blemishes, please inform us before installing it. Because of the custom nature of this product, once it’s used, we may not be able to take it back for a refund.
P365 Manual Safety Kit with Module Fit Guide
This kit will work with the following P365 models
- P365
- P365XL
- P365X
- P365 SAS*
These grip modules will not work with California compliant P365s with the magazine disconnector.
Important Notes
P365 SAS – Our grip modules will work with the P365 SAS fire control unit. *However, they do not have the same slide lock lever relief cut. Access to the slide lock lever is difficult without modification.
This kit is not compatible with the P365 X-Macro.
When removing the fire control unit from your module and doing the upgrade, ensure you disassemble and reassemble correctly. Follow the instructional video, which includes installation steps for the P365 manual safety and the fire control unit’s replacement into the grip module.
Magazines
Magazines across the P365 line-up – including the P365 X-Macro – are generally interchangeable. Of course, a magazine designed for the grip length of a P365 will not work in a P365XL or X-Macro. An X-Macro 17-round magazine will “work” in a P365, but it will stick out quite a bit.

Just received the full conversion kit with the OEM P365 manual safety kit components in the mail and after watching the Gray Guns install video a couple of times I installed the manual safety in about 10 minutes. It takes a little bit of time to get the proper alignment for the safety to drop in but when you do it just slides right in to place .
Boy-Oh-Boy! Just what my 365’s needed! Installation was not difficult (my collection of Sigs & Smiths is quite extensive). The P365 is a
great firearm, but I always felt uneasy about having a accidental discharge while reholstering, or drawing. Now these great little carry weapons feel complete and safe to handle. My 28 year career in federal law enforcement, and two shootout situations, involved our agency’s issued S&W Model 19’s where manual safeties were not needed.
Now, if only I could add manual safeties to my Sig P320’s. Any ideas, Bruce???
The safety fit prefect and was VERY easy to install.
Purchased the Grip module and manual safety for P365XL. Easy and simple to install, Great grip and offers great texture. Also looks good! The manual safety is a great added feature as I am familiar with the 1911 style ambidextrous safety. Safety works flawlessly.
The grip is a significant upgrade to the stock grip. Safety was easy to install. Shipping was super fast.
