SIG Sauer Romeo2

Description

The SIG Sauer Romeo2 red dot sight is purpose-built for adverse conditions.

The red dot sight is available in 3 or 6 MOA configurations, with 15 brightness settings to ensure rapid target engagement. The Romeo2 features a high-efficiency, point source LED emitter and molded aspheric glass lens. In addition, the sight utilizes a high-performance red notch reflector coating for excellent brightness and light transmittance with zero distortion.

The 7075 aluminum housing and ruggedized steel shrouds protect the Romeo2 from extreme impacts and drops. In addition, the Romeo2 maintains 25,000 hours of battery life and comes with a Motion Activated Illumination System (MOTAC) to automatically power the optic on and off.

Romeo2 Features

• The Romeo 2 has a molded glass aspheric lens with high performance coatings for superior light transmittance and zero distortion.
• Two steel shrouds are included for three different optic configurations, including fully enclosed and sealed with a polycarbonate rear window
• The Romeo2 shares the Romeo1 Pro footprint and can be direct-mounted to any SIG Sauer pistol with a Pro-Slide Cut
• Users can change the battery quickly. Release the push button to engage the spring-loaded side battery tray
• Uses widely-available CR2032 batteries
• Motion-activated illumination system (MOTAC) that powers up when it senses motion and powers down when it does not
• Magnetic activation (MAGNETAC) automatically turns the optic off when holstered in a compatible holster and instantly turns the optic on when drawn from the holster
• Dark adaptive reticles and coatings (D.A.R.C.) technology provides ideal reticle brightness and target clarity while using a Gen3+ night vision device

The Romeo2 sight is incompatible with slides cut to accept a standard Romeo1.
