Our P320 Spring Kit – custom-designed by Grayguns – includes two sets of Sear Springs and one Trigger Bar Spring. Select from intermediate or competition spring weights for your SIG Sauer® P320.
Our P320 Competition Straight and P320 Competition Hybrid trigger kits include these springs. This kit is intended to help owners maintain their Grayguns competition kits. Please review the full description below.
Description
The Grayguns P320 Spring Kits for the fire control unit include the same springs in our competition trigger kits. These are not factory-equivalent spring weights.
These spring kits are specifically designed for customers with our competition kits* who want to replace their springs.
They are designed for P320s with current fire control unit components or those who have undergone SIG’s Voluntary Upgrade Program. These springs are for competition or range use only.
P320 Spring Kit Components
- Two sets of our Grayguns competition sear springs (Silver in color)
- One Grayguns competition light trigger bar spring
or
- Two sets of our Grayguns intermediate competition sear springs (Gold in color)
- One Grayguns intermediate trigger bar spring (between our competition light, and factory weight)
Spring Kit Replacement Schedule
For the replacement schedule, Grayguns suggests 2,500 to 3,000 cycles for the sear springs and 6,000 for the trigger bar spring.
Fit Guide
The springs fit all variations within the P320 (upgraded) system with the Grayguns competition trigger kits. This includes but is not limited to, the following models.

* These custom Grayguns springs have been tested with SIG P320 OEM triggers, trigger bars and sears. However, we do not suggest mixing and matching with non-Grayguns aftermarket parts.
