Supporting Aiming for Zero

Grayguns is proud to support Aiming for Zero. Aiming for Zero provides the national competitive shooting community a channel through which to focus their efforts to support ending veteran suicide. Individuals, groups or clubs hosted side stages, full matches and other creative methods at their local ranges.

Active Heroes works with these ranges to target veterans who are struggling with awareness and trained peer mentors. Since a majority of suicides comes at the hand of a fire arm, it became a priority of Active Heroes to reach the veteran shooting community. It has proven to be very successful in supporting veterans within the community.

How you can help Aiming for Zero

Our good friend, Gerry Tetreau from SIG SAUER Academy recently helped organize an Aiming for Zero charity match at the academy in New Hampshire, and he’s also created a special target that will help you become a better shooter and support Aiming for Zero.

You may not have been able to attend the charity match, but you can still participate for a chance at winning a SIG P320 X5 or a P320 RX!

At the NRA Annual Meeting, Grayguns provided more than 450 Aiming for Zero targets to attendees who expressed interest in joining the challenge and supporting Aiming for Zero. Now it’s time to shoot your target and contribute! Review the full contest rules available online.

1. If you have not already been provided a target or ordered your targets, click here to order five, 10, 25 or 50 Aiming for Zero targets.
2. Shoot the 50-round course of fire as defined on the target.
3. Take a photo of your target. You can have a friend take a photo with you and the target if you’d like.
4. Enter the contest (click here) by providing your name, email address, phone number and photo of your target. You can enter as many times as you’d like, with a donation of $10 per target.

You’ve got plenty of time to shoot your targets and get them submitted online, but you’ll need to do so before Sept. 4, 2017 to be eligible to win.
