    P320 Armorers Block

I have two P320’s, one is compact for carry and the other is the M17 I keep in the home.

When I received my order I had part of my FCU on the M17 disassembled. The manual safety lever was not an issue. I read in one of the reviews they were able to have the block milled out to accommodate the manual safety. All in all I’m really satisfied with the overall construction of the block! All parts sat in the block with very little movement. I recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed with it.

Next I will contact customer service and see how well they will respond.

      Derek,
We are no longer milling out the block to accommodate the manual safety. When working on any of the FCU components, the first thing you do is remove the trigger bar, trigger, and safety. If you have any other questions, let us know. (We’ll be back in the office tomorrow, but it may take us a day to catch up after the long weekend.)

Excellent tool for punching out pins while holding the FCU steady, I have purchased several trigger/trigger bar upgrades as well. Very pleased with the service and product offerings/quality for my Sig builds

Good product, but not designed to accommodate manual safety

When I received this product was well designed for P320 FCUs that do not have a manual safety, but with a manual safety, the FCU did not fit. Pins can still be pushed through, but FCU wobbled in place rather than fitting tightly in the armorer’s block.

After contacting customer service, they had me send back the block and they milled it out to perfectly fit the FCU for my P320 M17 with a manual safety. It can accommodate the safety in either position and is now a perfect fit.

Grayguns customer support was AMAZING in helping me get my issue resolved!

[Grayguns Comment: If you have a P320 with a manual safety, those parts are removed first, prior to placing the FCU into the armorer’s block. We are no longer modifying the blocks as those parts are easily removed (first) and installed last during the disassembly and reassembly of the FCU.]
