Description
The custom Grayguns SIG Sauer P365 magazine base pads are an excellent aftermarket upgrade from the stock OEM plastic pads. In addition, the upgrade provides a hard-duty replacement without any noticeable increase in magazine weight.
The base pads are designed to be repeatedly dropped on concrete or asphalt hundreds of times; they are a perfect upgrade for the OEM plastic base pads.
P365 Magazine Base Pad Features
- Manufactured from 6061 Aluminum

- The glass-beading process provides for a flat-black finish
- Number your magazines and add your name for easy identification
The base pad is the same thickness as the OEM SIG base pad. We’ve streamlined them in multiple areas. A relief cut on the sides enhances malfunction drills and allows effective one-handed reloads using the belt or holster.
Each pad features a 3-by-5 matrix. Number your mags using a Sharpie or paint pen. Additional space is available to write your initials.
Photos show additional components, including magazines and grip modules that are not included. The package includes ONE base pad.

Although the P365 X-Macro magazines will “fit” into all P365 9mm pistols, these base pads will not fit the X-Macro. The base of the X-Macro magazine is a different design. Grayguns base pads for the P365 X-Macro can be found here. They are different.
Our base pads are compatible with our P365 Laser-Sculpted Grip Modules.

Was very excited to receive these. Was able to install on my 10 round mags no problem. However, trying to take them off proved to be a bit of a challenge. After emailing and talking with customer support, discovered that the hole in the GG base pad didn’t line up with the pin on the floorplate inside the magazine. However, you can still push on the interior floor plate to take the base cap off. A slight misalignment but it still worked. I really, really like the base pads but wishing the hole in the base pad lined up with the push pin better.

GGI magazine base pads are awesome, period! Have used these pads on every pistol mags I own that GGI manufactures. The addition weight of the pad downs the mags out your weapon fast….Worth every penny you pay for them.

The GGI 365 magazine base pads are a major improvement over the stock plastic base pads and now if they hit the ground I don’t have to worry about the base pads breaking.

I have been waiting/looking for a basepad like this for a long time. It has a slight pinky extension which really helps the grip to fit my hand more comfortably.
Let’s compare it to a couple other brands that provide a pinky extension. Mag guts basepad only works for mag guts installed magazines (not a fan on a carry gun). Pearce pinky extension has a gap on the bottom of the basepad (also do not prefer this). Armory craft and tactical development make some basepads that extend the entire portion of the grip, not just the pinky. I am not a fan of this because it adds a touch of bulk to my spare mag, instead of keeping it mostly flat against my body.
These grayguns basepads still fit completely within the width of the grip, creating no additional bulk. They have a very much desired minimal pinky extension that fits my hand great. The curved base is also a nice touch, helping to eliminate any sharp edges for conceal carry. Construction is solid! Really really love these basepads!
