Description

The Grayguns P-Series Dual Adjustable Curved Trigger is the ultimate trigger upgrade for your Legion Series or any modern DA/SA SIG P-Series pistol.

Bruce Gray has combined the adjustable over-travel feature, unbeatable comfort and control and unrivaled quality of our original OEM SIG Sauer® Legion P22xCT, Classic Standard trigger, with the improved geometry and pre-travel adjustment of our wildly popular P22xST Dual Adjustable Straight Trigger series.

This trigger is the ultimate upgrade for your Legion Series or any modern DA/SA SIG P-Series pistol.

This steel trigger is carefully heat treated and finished in black oxide or Nickel Teflon® PTFE. Occasionally the trigger will be available in Cerakote colors. Tight pin hole tolerances assure smooth, solid function. The trigger is guaranteed for life against defects in materials or workmanship.

Included in the package is a hex key for adjusting pre-travel and over-travel.

Trigger Finishes

Black Oxide

  • Standard blued finish

Titanium Nitride (TiN)

A well-proven standard layer type through its balanced properties. The golden titanium nitride layer, abbreviated TiN, indicates the following properties:

  • High hardness and adhesion
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Good temperature resistance in air
  • Relatively low thermal conductivity
  • Attractive, golden color

Titanium Carbo-Nitride (TiCN) (Copper)
The TiCN Copper finish features high hardness, low residual stress, good abrasive wear resistance, and high reliability in dry operations.

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)

This state-of-the-art process creates a molecular bond to the trigger, resulting in a durable finish. The PVD finish should not rust, discolor or tarnish.

Nickel PTFE

Electroless Nickel PTFE (Teflon®) is an advanced, self-lubricating, composite coating with PTFE particles co-deposited in the electroless nickel layer. Provides a hard, uniform, self-lubricating coating for our premium aftermarket triggers.

Dual Adjustable Curved Trigger Fit Guide

This trigger is designed to fit both current and older model traditional double-action (DA/SA/decocker) P-Series pistols, including:

  • X5 All-Round
  • P220 (see exception below)
  • P226
  • P228
  • P229
  • P227, and others.

The trigger is not compatible with our trigger bars included with the Enhanced Leverage System.

These triggers are approximately 10mm wide. At this time, we are not suggesting this trigger for guns equipped with the DAK trigger system.

This trigger may not be fully compatible with California-compliant or similar P-Series pistol models equipped with a magazine disconnector, and Grayguns urges caution. We do not recommend deactivating any mechanical safety device.

The Grayguns DA/SA triggers will not fit SIG Pro, P225 / P6, P239, West German P220s, or most SAO models. Most of these triggers are a narrower 8mm width.

Installed the P-Series Dual Adjustable Curved Trigger – P226, P229, P220, in my M11-A1 pistol and very satisfy with the results. Adjusted the P-Series Dual Adjustable Curved Trigger to the right DA/SA setting and happy with it.

    Comfortable Trigger

Best feeling trigger personally. I always enjoyed this style trigger on p-classic series but having the adjustability feature added to it made it that much better. Match this with an SRT kit and you’re golden.

    Excellent in every way

Got this along with the short reset sear, and I’m very impressed with the combination. This trigger is solid.

    Excellent trigger!

    frenchrick23824 (verified owner)

Easy ordering, quick arrival and no problem installation, it can’t get better than that!
I watched a few videos on the tube just to get a roadmap since this was my first trip into a P series SigSauer other than to clean and maintain.
I have a much better trigger pull and without the pinch of the SRT. I would recommend this upgrade for an M11A1.

    P220 10mm

    bmanley_33 (verified owner)

Install was as straight forward as installing a factory trigger. My p220 steel slide 10mm had a bunch of overtravel past where the da broke. Much more than my p226. I was able to adjust most of the overtravel out to where it is comparable with my p226 in da but as a result the sa feels like a match 1911 trigger with very little overtravel. I’m happy with how it turned out

    Love this trigger!

    hammond.jared (verified owner)

I wanted something to make my p229 feel a bit better and this trigger paired with the SRT and Strut and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re thinking about it. You won’t regret it.

    These triggers are awesome!

    fgolder1 (verified owner)

Way better feel than the factory triggers… have them installed on my P226, P227, and M11-A1… just wish they made them for the P225-A1 and the P239… another manufacturer makes an adjustable trigger for those models, but they don’t seem to be made as well as the Graygun’s product.

    Wow!

    1967sam (verified owner)

This trigger is awesome. The nickel finish is super slick and figment is just like the original. The double action take up is totally gone with the over travel dialed in, the reset is insanely short and positive (I already had an SRT kit in the gun). Installation is simple; if you have done any gun work on berettas or smith autos, it is no more complex than those guns. Combined with the hammer strut kit, this is a game changer

She may look stock but she isn't

    chan4070 (verified owner)

This P-229 is my edc and the only stock internals are the slide release and decocker. Currently installed is this trigger, the SIG P-Series Fat Custom Strut System, Grayguns Short Reset Trigger (SRT) Kit and the SIG P-Series Master Spring Set. I have a consistent 8 pound DA trigger weight and a 4 pound SA trigger weight. The best thing is the double action pull is so smooth that it’s as if the trigger is running on rails. When adjusted properly there is no slop with either the DA or SA pull and I found that adjusting the pre travel went best with the locking plate removed. Since the plate was removed I went ahead and adjusted over travel at the same time. The pistol was already a tac driver however she runs smooth as silk. Mr. Gray has hit this out of the park.

    Amazing pistol NOW

    ptshakey (verified owner)

I ordered the PSat for my M11 and the results were so amazing after I installed it, I had to order one for ALL of my Sig pistols! It is as if I have all new pistols now. I never though a trigger could be so smooth on a factory weapon but I am glad to be proven wrong. Thanks Bruce for all that you do and for your designs and products. I can NOT say enough good praises for the triggers.

    Cut Down on Waste

    willardjames52 (verified owner)

The GGI Dual Adjustable Trigger is an improvement over the highly regarded Sig Legion triggers which were of the P-SAIT design, and only dealt with “over travel”. This product, for the traditionalist, who likes a curved trigger will eliminate the “take up”, or trigger movement that takes up the “slack”, so when the trigger moves, so does the hammer. As with any firearm component, replacement needs to be tested for proper function, and settings “sealed”, with thread locker, to prevent movement by vibration. Minor clearances also need to be included with adjustments, to compensate for temperature variations, and possible fouling build up. I found the “take-up” was easiest accomplished with the Locking Insert removed, in half turn increments. The “over-travel” adjustments can be made with the Locking Insert in place. I normally degrease components before assembly, then use Loc-Tite 290 (Green) for assembled parts.
