Custom P365XL Modern Classic slide designed by Bruce Gray and the Grayguns team. This slide features a refined, classic look that complements the modern design of the SIG Sauer® P365. This is the standard P365 version with the 3.7-inch barrel.
Includes custom slide with OEM slide internals (Striker Assembly, Striker Safety Lock, Extractor and Slide Cap). Options available will vary.
Description
Our custom Modern Classic P365XL Slide focuses first on the weight and balance of the slide. We’ve introduced a traditional 1911 spin with utility-driven serrations in strategic areas. Available in a Black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish. Each custom slide features the iconic Grayguns logo.
As a classic gunsmith, Bruce didn’t want these P365XL slides to resemble or feel like a wood rasp out of a woodshop. They went through many iterations but settled on something traditional for this modern sporting pistol.

Compatible Optics stocked by Grayguns:
Be very careful when selecting slide options. Other than the optics listed, Grayguns can not guarantee an optic will fit our slide even if it has the same footprint hole spacing and layout. Design differences – including the amount of thread engagement – may make the sight incompatible with your pistol.
P365XL Modern Classic Slide Additional Information
You can directly mount one of our red dot options to the slide. There is no need for an adaptor plate.

After some emails and a couple of conversations. The issues have been resolved on an amicable level. The good folks at GrayGuns take their customer service very seriously (as well they should). We have determined (as I understand it) the issues were an unfortunate series of miscommunication and or misunderstanding. Either way they made more than one attempt to make things right and for that they have my respect. Best of luck.

We’re sorry we did not meet your customer service expectations. We want to clarify some of your comments for you and our website visitors.
Regarding the P365 slide, you contacted us more than six months after receiving the order. Even though our return policy is limited to 60 days, we still accepted the return. Since the slide was returned with wear marks visible on the breach face and inside in front of the barrel hood, we will not be able to sell the slide as new, and it is in the queue to go out for refinishing. Hence, we charged a 15% restocking fee. Our team went above and beyond by accepting a return more than six months after you received your order.
The RMRcc does not need an adapter plate for installation on our custom P365 slides, but it does need the sealing plate as provided by Trijicon. As with most optics mounted on slides at or under 1″ wide, the optic is wider than the slide’s width. This does require the sealing plate to be installed per Trijicon’s instructions, as the mounting surface of both our P365 slide and the OEM slide does not fully encompass the sealing boundary.
We messed up the sweatshirt, sent you the wrong color, and provided you with a full refund for that item.
We charged a 10% restocking fee for the Wilson Combat module instead of our published 25% fee.
