Description
Our laser-sculpted P365 grip modules use an etched “Grayscale” pattern that is 50 percent deeper than standard but retains enough smoothness in areas to allow the weapon to move against clothing.
The process and coverage of the Grayguns laser-sculpted module increase the stippled grip area by 40 percent, adding more in front of and behind the original factory grip area.
These individually crafted modules are laser grayscaled in a process that interacts with the natural variations in the polymer; the result is a laser stippling that becomes unique to that particular module.
Ensure proper disassembly and assembly when removing/installing the fire control unit from the module. If you have questions, contact Grayguns or someone familiar with the P365 system.
Our custom-designed, laser-sculpted SIG Sauer P365 grip module starts as a standard SIG grip module.
Cerakote is applied by hand, and the finish may wear with holster use. If you receive a grip module with defects or blemishes, please let us know before you install it. Unfortunately, because of the custom nature of this product, once it’s used, we may not be able to take it back for a refund.
If you want to add a manual safety to your P365 or P365XL, we have a kit with a grip module and manual safety that can be self-installed.
P365 Grip Module Colors
Cerakote colors may vary from what you see on your screen.
- Black modules are the standard black factory (OEM) color
- Tan modules are the standard tan factory (OEM) color, unlike Cerakote Coyote. (We are not doing modules in factory tan color for the P365.)
- Other colors that may be available are an applied Cerakote finish atop the standard black factory (OEM) color.

With the magazine disconnect installed, our P365 grip modules are incompatible with California-compliant P365 fire control units.
Magazines
Magazines across the P365 line-up – including the P365 X-Macro – are generally interchangeable. Of course, a magazine designed for the grip length of a P365 will not work in a P365XL or X-Macro. An X-Macro 17-round magazine will “work” in a P365, but it will stick out quite a bit.
Important Notes
P365 SAS – Our grip modules will work with the P365 SAS fire control unit. However, they do not have the same slide lock lever relief cut. Access to the slide lock lever is difficult without modification.

This is a second grip module for me!! I am building a 365 for myself son. This is lite, comfortable and streamlined! Great craftsmanship! I love these
Fast shipping and excellent finish. Sniper Gray is much darker than I expected. Almost as dark as the stock grip. Perfect fit with easy installation. Only 1 pin holding fire control in grip module. Stippling texture is aggressive but comfortable. Not sharp but more like coarse grip tape on a skate board.
Definitely a worth while upgrade.
UPDATE: I received my order 15 days after GrayGuns shipped it. After looking over the lower receiver, module, I am not too happy with the quality. I opted for the magazine disconnect cut because of California compliance. Where the magazine disconnect cut was made there are large holes and open pores in the injection mold. I compared this to multiple other lower receivers, including the stock one from Sig and none of them have these issues.
I attempted to contact Gray guns customer service And was told by Kim that the holes and damage are called a “void” and that it is common (I’ve never seen this on a sig cut module). Kim told me there are no exchanges or refunds without paying a 25% fee.
For $195 USD, this module is simply not up to quality standards. Holes in the module or “voids” are unacceptable at this price point.

Eddie, We are sorry that our service and product did not meet your expectations. The grip modules are SIG factory originals (without the California disconnect cut) that are customized by our team and vendors. The Cerakote color and the laser stippling is our customization. When ordering the P365 module with the Magazine Disconnect Cut, we add the interior cut. Almost all of the modules we have seen do have small pockets or voids when we cut into them. About two out of three P365 modules show the voids you noted where we make the cut. They are not made by the cut, rather they are exposed by the cut. The small voids do not effect the functionality or strength of the module. The second photo on the magazine disconnect page does show these voids, but it is a bit difficult to see them.
Shipping Time: As noted on the disconnect cut order page, this is an add-on in-house service that takes an additional three to five business days to ship. Our system did create a tracking number for you at the time of order, and we are looking to see if we can adjust that feature. (Our system did send you an automated email specifically referencing the additional time needed to process your order.) We missed that estimate and shipped on day six. USPS Ground Advantage during the past 30 days – including your order – averaged four to five business days for shipping time to California. It arrived on the fourth business day, but they did not have access to your delivery location. It arrived the next day.
As noted on the P365 Magazine Disconnect Cut page, custom-cut products are not eligible for return unless a defect in materials or workmanship is identified. It looks like we did offer you a return option with a restocking fee.
Again, we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We are reviewing the description of the service and will be adding some language referencing your comments about the viewable voids that may be exposed by the cut.
Grabbed an ODG green module for my P365, fit and finish is awesome. GrayGuns did the machining to make it compatible with California models and everything works great. Highly recommend if you’ve got a CA P365!
