ID & Shipping Verification

Important Information for California Customers

For almost all of our products, except Apparel, you're required to complete the form below so our customer service team can verify your information. This is a direct result of California AB 1263.

Please do not place an online order if you are unwilling or unable to comply with the current California law. You may find it easier to visit one of our California dealers to buy Grayguns products. We are working to expand our network in the state.

Note the following:

• Your card will be charged at the time of order.
• The shipment of your order will be delayed by at least one business day - you'll see that your order is placed On Hold in our system. (If we are on a holiday break, we will do our best to catch up and get your order shipped as soon as possible when we return.)
• The review of your order will not start until the form below is submitted.
• A $10 fee will be added to your order. This covers the "Adult Signature Restricted Delivery" add-on service provided by USPS.

Verification Requirements

• You must be 21 or older* to place an order and receive the package.
• Your shipping address must match the address on the ID (driver's license) you provide.
• Your order will be shipped "Adult Signature Restricted Delivery." USPS will need to see your ID. You need to be present at the time of delivery and have your ID available to receive the package.

Your Security

• Only authorized Grayguns employees will view your ID to verify your age and confirm that your address matches your shipping address.
• Your driver's license will be temporarily stored in an encrypted field, usually for no more than one business day.
• The image of your driver's license will be deleted immediately after our Customer Service Team verifies you. If you place an order in the future, you'll need to complete this form again.
