Roy's work speaks for itself. As the owner of the 1911 that Roy is currently working on, I can tell you that he has been an absolute professional to work with. His attention to detail is second to none, but what truly impresses me is his patience and high degree of customer service. Being as good as he is, Roy is always busy. But whenever I've spoken to him, no matter how much work he's got, he never makes me feel like he's in a rush to get off the phone. He patiently answers my questions and gives me his suggestions as if I'm his only customer.

As a small business owner and builder of high end paintball markers, I can tell you that Roy's customer service is truly second to none. He's really made me reflect on my own company, and taught me a thing or two about improving our own service.

Anyone who's ever had any work done by Gray Guns will not be the least bit surprised by the quality of this work. This kind of craftmanship is sadly almost impossible to find. Fortunately, we still have Gray Guns.

Roy, you did a great job on this refurb. That is a project that most smiths would have turned away. The corrective action, description, and photos are top shelf. Well done!
