P320 Grayguns Action Work Exchange Program

Grayguns has set up our update process for customers who have a SIG SAUER® P320 and have previously sent their P320 to Grayguns for our legacy P320 Carry Action Package or Competition Action Package.

If you have multiple P320s and wish to upgrade more than one, you’ll need to fill out a form for each pistol you have.

If you purchased the straight or curved version of our Practical Enhanced Leverage Trigger (PELT), and just need to exchange your trigger for the new version complete this form instead.

Exchange Process

Complete this online form.
Watch your email for a USPS shipping label, pack trigger and send your trigger back to Grayguns for exchange. You should receive the email with the label in less than 10 business days.
Once we receive your trigger, we will send you our new PELT2 or Competition Kit as appropriate.

Please ensure you check your spam folder for return labels. We are almost always getting labels out within 10 days, and we’re finding some are ending up in customer spam folders or not getting delivered for unknown reasons. We use our third party shipping system (ShipStation) to send labels.

Serial Number*
The serial number must match to our records indicating the action work completed on your pistol. Upon receipt of your original trigger, one replacement trigger or kit - as appropriate - will be provided per serial number.
Grayguns Invoice Number
Although not required, providing your Grayguns Invoice number associated with the action work completed on your pistol will help our team expedite the process.

- SIG Voluntary Upgrade is DONE, and I have my P320
- SIG has my P320 and is completing the Voluntary Upgrade
- I've completed the Voluntary Upgrade form, and I'm waiting to hear from SIG
- I have not yet completed the Voluntary Upgrade form
As a reminder, our new P320 Practical Enhanced Leverage Trigger (PELT) and Competition kits are specifically intended for use only in upgraded pistols. Before completing this form, start the Voluntary Upgrade process.
