Heckler & Koch® Action Cleanup Perfection – $275

Comprehensive action refitting and smoothing work, full feed and reliability package; gauging of safety and sear engagement values and assessment of condition; sight regulation and thorough range testing.

This package includes an internal overtravel stop as necessary. A 12lb mainspring is provided for a reduced DA trigger pull of proven reliability when tested with your carry ammo. Includes refinishing of all fire control parts with Nickel Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for the smoothest and most durable action possible. (Note: Some parts like hammer and axle will be externally visible.)

This package can be applied to the following Heckler & Koch pistols including: HK USP, USP Compact, P2000 or P2000SK, P30, P30L, P30S, HK45, and HK45 Compact, and is applicable to all DA/SA, SAO, LEM or DAO action variants.

Heckler & Koch Reduced Reset Carry Perfection Package – $325

Comprehensive action refitting and smoothing work, full feed and reliability package; gauging of safety and sear engagement values and assessment of condition; sight regulation and thorough range testing.

This package includes an internal overtravel stop as necessary and a 12lb mainspring is provided for a reduced DA trigger pull of proven reliability when tested with your carry ammo. This package includes our Proprietary Reduced Reset providing approx. 40-45 percent reduction in total trigger reset and reuptake travel while maintaining Firing Pin Block integrity and all other factory safety values. Includes refinishing of all fire control parts with Nickel PTFE for the smoothest and most durable action possible. (Note: Some parts like hammer and axle will be externally visible.)

This package can be applied to the following Heckler & Koch pistols including: HK USP, USP Compact, P2000 or P2000SK, P30, P30L, P30S, HK45, and HK45 Compact, and is applicable to all DA/SA, SAO, LEM or DAO action variants.

Heckler & Koch Competition Short Reset – $325 (Competition Pistols Only)

Qualitiatively identical to our Heckler & Koch Reduced Reset Carry Perfection Package, with maximum trigger reset reduction of at least 50 percent and a replacement reduced competition main spring yielding the lightest possible DA and SA pulls. Firing Pin Block integrity and other factory safety values will be maintained.

We can generally get the SA pull in the mid 3 to low 4lb range with a cleaner break without compromising factory engagements for durability under heavy range use. This package includes an internal overtravel stop as necessary. Includes refinishing of all fire control parts with Nickel PTFE for the smoothest and most durable action possible. (Note: Some parts like hammer and axle will be externally visible.)

This package can be applied to the following Heckler & Koch pistols including: HK USP, USP Compact, P2000 or P2000SK, P30, P30L, P30S, HK45, and HK45 Compact, and is applicable to all DA/SA, SAO and LEM action variants.

Finish Options

Grayguns in-house Hot Bluing (Heckler & Koch slides are finished in a Melonite type finish, we can refresh the factory finish to like new appearance without losing any of the hardness or functional wear characteristics with a simple Hot Bluing process)

• Heckler & Koch slides – $50 minimum

Grayguns can arrange for any of the excellent finishes offered by Cummings Custom Refinishing (CCR) including Ceraplate (Nickel Boron- Corrosion resistant but harder and more durable than regular nickel through the addition of Boron, great for steel frames and slides) and any of the Cera-Hide ceramic coatings (great for alloy frames and carbon or stainless slides/frames). Action work should be completed before any finish is applied to the gun or parts.

When arranging finishing with CCR or other vendors there is a minimum $60 charge to cover our time with metal prep (stripping of original finish, bead blasting and light dehorning as necessary) and the cost of shipping with insurance to the vendor. Payment for the actual finish is supplied by the customer directly to the vendor. The parts would then be returned to us for assembly and final testing/sight regulation.
