Even the "Colosseum" style magwell does not distract form the looks or lines of the pistol. Gives hope for a very nice Colt '70 Series 9mm Govt. Model ws able to find well over 10 years ago, one of those Hacker shops in PA messed up with *Their* similar magwell that they d/n inform, required cutting down the frame and welding that "Thing" on ! Nice, Clean & Understated 1911 !
